This Privacy Policy describes how Haque Games ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the NPAT mobile application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following limited information:

• Username: A display name you choose when you first open the app. This is stored locally on your device and shared with other players in multiplayer sessions and on the daily challenge leaderboard.
• Game scores and progress: Your scores, level progress, and daily challenge results. Single-player progress is stored locally on your device only. Daily challenge scores are submitted to our servers to power the global leaderboard.
• Advertising identifier: We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve relevant ads, subject to your device's tracking permissions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To display your username on the multiplayer lobby and leaderboard
• To show your ranking on the daily challenge leaderboard
• To serve advertisements via Google AdMob

3. Data Storage

• Single-player progress is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
• Multiplayer session data and daily challenge scores are stored on secure servers (Supabase, hosted in the EU).
• We do not store passwords, email addresses, or payment information.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob – for displaying advertisements. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase – for multiplayer and leaderboard data storage. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

5. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, the App will request permission to track your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalised ads. You can deny this permission and the App will continue to function normally with non-personalised ads.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Data Retention

Leaderboard scores are retained indefinitely to maintain historical rankings. Multiplayer session data is retained for a limited period and periodically purged.

8. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your username by contacting us. Since usernames are self-chosen and not linked to an account, we identify your data by username.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
